Delegates can checked-in online and all data is managed online. Everything will be set up in advance and it’s an easy to use App on the door. Even last minute guests can be added seamlessly.
We pre-load and manage the whole App and our App has been used at a range of events and functions from pop concerts across the world to the catwalk shows of Paris, New York and Milan. The App also allows for different guests lists to work at the same time allowing you to control different events at the same time.
Our App is used on iPod Touches, iPad Minis and Pros as well as a range of iPhones and Android phones.
The current record for our App is 962 attendees checked-in within a 2 hour period and we will be more than happy to assist you with your event.
