The Samsung S7 FE tablet isn’t for the faint hearted. It adopts the larger form factor of the Tab S7 Plus, which means a huge 12.4’ screen rather than the smaller 11’ screen that Samsung has on its standard Tablets (Tab S7).
Thanks to the 16:10 aspect ratio of the screen, the Samsung S7 FE Tablet is more rectangular than square and consequently, we at Tablet Rentals feel this Tablet is best when used in landscape mode as opposed to portrait. It measures 284.8 x 185 x 6.3mm and weighs in at 608g making it an incredibly thin and light Android tablet.
The S7 FE is an attractive Tablet with a premium design. It has a lovely and very good screen which displays Samsung’s powerful productivity software well.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE packs a 10,090mAh battery, pushing the tablet through more than 12 hours of screen-on time, which is excellent and always reassuring for our Tablet Rentals client’s to know when they’re standing at a conference / exhibition or at a live event.
Whilst the app experience on Android tablets isn’t always the best, because not enough developers adjust their apps for the larger, wider displays of tablets, the Samsung S7 FE bucks this general trend. As we mentioned, it’s superb in landscape mode so this makes App use on the S7 FE tablet enjoyable, as opposed to some which are clearly portrait-only Apps which just don’t work on a large 12.4’ tablet like the S7 FE.
The cameras are solid which for video calls etc is extremely important. The S7 FE Tab has a rear 8MP camera as well as a user-facing 5MP shooter and good speakers.
