The Surface Pro 11 is not the first Microsoft machine to swap traditional Intel or AMD PC processors for Arm-based chips, similar to those in your smartphone. However, dumping Intel for Qualcomm chips has definitely delivered a large boost in the processing speed, which is great.
A major feature of the Surface Pro 11 is AI. This is due to Copilot, which is a bank of Artificial Intelligence features baked into its Windows operating system. This is where Microsoft has plunged into the promises of the Snapdragon X, the “It Chip” which is likely to bring AI into the mainstream via Windows (finally).
Moreover, there is a 1440p webcam along the edge of the display for better framing when in landscape mode, which contributes to an overall fantastic performance
Battery life is simply phenomenal and perfect for all day events where there is no power socket nearby. One small disappointment is the 3.5mm headphone jack has been dropped as at Tablet Rentals we still feel there was enough room to provide this (really useful) function to its users.
