Now that 2025 is fully in gear, it’s useful to look at the range of Mac Book Pro Apple has on the market. Our Tablet Rentals team has always been intrigued on the development of the MacBook Pro and where they are heading.
On the face of it, the MacBook Pro 14’ (M4) is essentially the same as the MacBook Pro 14’ (M3). The physical design of the MacBook Pro (M4) is exactly the same look and feel as on the MacBook Pro 14’ (M3), which is no real surprise as Apple generally sticks with its designs for years.
But whilst the M4 MacBook Pro looks exactly like the M3 MacBook Pro 14’ it remains a powerhouse of a device which is perfect for creative customers, with the enhanced M4 Chip, new AI smart features as well as an even longer, staggering battery life (28-hour-plus battery life!)
The screen is superb, with a high-resolution pixel panel backed with mini-LED and excellent HDR performance. The MacBook Pro has an upgraded 12MP camera and a stunning Retina XDR display.
The 14-inch model can be enhanced with the M4 Pro and M4 Max processors, with memory and storage scaling up to 128GB and 8TB, respectively, but for the large majority of Tablet Rentals’ clients, the MacBook Pro 14’ will meet every need. Moreover, it is wasn’t for the fact that an M4 Pro and an M4 Pro Max MacBook Pro versions exist then the MacBook Pro 14’ (M4) would be Apple’s standout Mac as it’s that good.
