It took a while for our team at Tablet Rentals to fully appreciate and fall in love with Google’s smartphones. Tablet Rentals has provided Google Smartphone hire since 2017 with the release by Google of the Pixel 2.
The Google Pixel 2 was ok, the Pixel 3 satisfactory and it took until the Pixel 4 for their smartphones to start to make us really notice them. The Pixel 7 which was released in 2022 is still a great and popular smartphone today.
However, the Google Pixel Pro 9 is another level. Notice the word ‘PRO’ that is now part of the package and what a PRO smartphone it is. The Pixel 9 Pro is a rare beast: it’s a smaller phone than comparable smartphones (it’s a 6.3’ device) and Google to a large extent and purpose has kept to the same bold design and that’s because it just works.
We love the Google Pixel Pro 9 smartphone and we feel our creative customers will as well.
The camera is the 9 Pro’s crown jewel. It has a 48MP ultrawide, 50MP main and a 48MP 5x telephoto camera, which comfortably out-zooms similar sized smartphone devices available on the market that are typically limited to 3x.
Oddly and it’s a sign of the times in 2025 that this particular feature is never ever questioned by customers interested in hiring smartphones from Tablet Rentals, but the Google Pixel Pro 9 is actually really good at making phone calls…!
