We are open 5 days a week, but we can also provide week-end deliveries / collections for last minute urgent orders.

Office address for iPad Collection / Drop off:
Our office is located at Rivington House, 82 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3JF, which is a 3 minute walk from Old Street tube station (Exit 3) or is within walking distance from Moorgate Station and Liverpool Street station. The iPad can be picked up Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6pm. We can arrange special collections / drop offs outside of office hours, but please arrange in advance.
When does the rental period start?
Rental is by the calendar day. The rental period begins when you receive the iPad in accordance with your order. The rental period is over when you send us (by DHL or other) evidence of the courier collection for delivery return.
The dispatch is not included in the calculation of the rent so you only pay for the calender use of the iPad.
you order an iPad for 4 days (Tuesday 10am – Friday 6pm).
We will ensure the iPad is with you at the very latest early Tuesday morning. However, if a delivery can be accepted by you, then we will attempt to deliver the iPad to you on the Monday.
If we can deliver on the Monday, then the Monday is not charged. Your rental only starts from the Tuesday morning and it will finish when you provide evidence the iPad was collected and couriered for return on the Friday evening.
Are the iPads are insured?
Insurance is NOT included and we require you to insure each iPad when it is your possession. However, the large majority of clients are covered under their office / business policy. We thoroughly recommend you first check with your current insurance provider as you may already be covered through a provision such as mobile equipment. However, each insurance provider and policy is different so do not assume you have coverage as you may need to temporary add the iPads to your existing policy. Furthermore, on occasions we can arrange insurance for you so please call us to discussthe various options.
Any damage to the iPad must immediately be reported by telephone to us. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
What happens if I damage an iPad?
Please contact us immediately. The next thing to do is to send the damaged iPad immediately back to us along with a report of how damage occurred. We will send it off to an authorised service centre for repair and we will charge you the repair and postal costs (if applicable). Please see our terms and conditions.
What happens if I lose / have an iPad stolen, whilst I have it on hire?
Again, the first thing to do is to let us know immediately. We will buy a replacement iPad and charge you for a replacement and the postal costs involved (if applicable). The rest is left with your insurance company and policy. If your insurance policy provides replacement we will liaise with them. ). Please see our terms and conditions.
Can I take an iPad outside the UK?
Yes you can but you must inform us in advance by writing. We need to know where you are taking it and to provide you with documentation to ensure you have no issues at customs!!
However, please note you must have insurance for the iPad inside and outside the U.K. Therefore, you will need to insure any iPad you take abroad.
Damage / Wear and Tear?
We expect you to look after our Ipad as if it was your own. However, we want you to use and enjoy it rather than keep it wrapped in cotton wool. So we will treat any minor marks as the results of ordinary wear and tear. However scratches on the glass, or any dents to the mounting will be considered damage
